Postage & packing charges are included in the item price (to UK mainland only). This service is provided at cost.

We welcome overseas buyers and for some items we are able to ship items to a non-UK address, see below.

Your item will be packed securely & appropriate for that item (sometimes using recycled materials).

Most items will be sent Express48 by Parcelforce (2 working day, tracked service). If an item is too large or heavy this service then it will be sent by an alternative carrier, this will be mentioned in the product listing.

For any other destination other than mainland UK.
Prior to buying an item from the website please use the Contact Form & provide us with your full postal address plus your preferred method of delivery. We can then work out the cost of delivery to your country.

Returns – Before returning any goods:

Within 14 days of receiving the item you must notify us with the reason for the return, and of the product name/description.
We then will supply you with returns instructions and of the return delivery address.

Important Notes:

– The cost and method of returning the goods is your responsibility

– To protect yourself, it is important to insure the delivery to cover the value of the returned item. You will be responsible for the goods until received by us

– The item must be received within 7 days from the date of the arranged return, undamaged, in its original condition

–  We recommend you use the same / adequate / equivalent packing materials and style of packing as was supplied to you

– You should retain proof of postage at all times as we will not be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit

Damaged items
Where appropriate we use double boxing techniques and enhanced packing measures for our products. This greatly increases the chance of an item reaching it’s destination in good order, and more often than not, they do.

In the event that you receive your puchase and it has been damaged you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund providing:

  • You notify us of such damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods
  • You will need to provide us with a statement confirming the damage
  • Take and supply us with a photograph of the damaged item & package

Incorrect item or wrongly described

If you believe we have misrepresented the item, or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item you must contact us within 14 days from reciept of the goods. You should provide us with your reason and description of the item you have recieved. 

If in agreement, we will arrange the return shipping service at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the item, in the same condition as sold to you, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. The amount to be refunded is strictly limited to the original amount paid by you.
